3M™ Tape Primer 94 is an adhesion promoter that significantly improves the bond strength of tapes, films and vinyl graphics to low surface energy substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces.
