Keundo M5000 UV Industrial Roll-to-Roll Printer

The Keundo M5000 UV is a large-format industrial UV roll-to-roll printer designed for high-volume production in signage, advertising, and large-format graphics industries. With a massive 5000mm printing width, this system allows print providers to produce oversized banners, vehicle graphics, retail displays, and outdoor advertising materials efficiently.

The printer supports Ricoh Gen5 or Gen6 printheads and can be configured with up to 12 printheads, enabling high-speed output while maintaining exceptional image quality. The variable droplet technology ensures smooth gradients and precise detail reproduction, making the printer suitable for premium visual applications.

Equipped with LED UV curing technology, the M5000 UV delivers durable prints with strong ink adhesion across many flexible substrates including flex banners, vehicle wraps, backlit films, and signage materials. The UV curing system incorporates a temperature cooling design that extends lamp life while reducing energy consumption.

The printer supports colour configurations including CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, White and Varnish, with optional fluorescent inks available for specialty printing applications. This configuration provides an expanded colour gamut and improved transitions between light and dark tones.

For stable production performance, the M5000 UV features a motor-driven rubber roller transfer system, industrial PLC control modules for accurate media movement, and high-precision THK guide rails that ensure smooth carriage operation. The metal encoder strip and tension bar system further enhance printing stability and prevent media distortion during long production runs.
